Autism's origins?

Where does it begin?

It's every mother's worst cursing nightmare:  is it MY fault?  Am I to blame?  Is it MY shame?

It's every father's worst curse, shame and guilt as well.

Who do they turn to?

Who do they tell?

Who is helping them?

Who is researching the roots and causes?

I asked Dario (after all his research done with primates), from the University of Chicago,  if he was interested in studying the effects of adoption and humans, and he said he was.

Funding is needed.

I wonder if the adoption industry would be interested in assisting in researching the origins of autism?
