Is a person's belief system something he's born with, or something taught? How many of you believe in the Power of Prayer?
Sun, 2007-08-26 04:55 - Kerry
I was adopted and neglected; prayer and my own sense of spirituality got me through my toughest times
I was neglected and overprotected by my new-parents, so church and prayer was not important
I was abused by both sets of parents so I lost faith in all gods and religions
I always believed in the power of my own body and my own mind to rise above any difficulty

When traveling, do you enjoy staying at a hotel, or do you prefer staying at someone's house?
Tue, 2008-02-19 14:12 - Kerry
I love the alternate life-style of hotels.
Even if it's not my own, I much prefer someone's home to a hotel room.
A bed is a bed. As long as I can sleep, I don't care where I stay.

I can get really obsessive with little stuff, but those phases and interests are harmless and don't last very long

How do you like to unwrap a wrapped present?
Sat, 2007-09-29 21:24 - Kerry
Slowly, savoring each and every moment, making sure I save the bow, and the wrapping paper; keeping the card as a keepsake, too.
I tear through my paper like there's no tomorrow. Card? What card?
I feel uncomfortable opening gifts given to me.
