It should be possible money not being the driving force behind child placement. Unfortunately we are further and further removed from that goal. Child placement should only be considered when in the childs best interest. Being separated is already hurtful enough.

imagine a world without adoption, where search and reunion did not have to be an issue for children estranged from family members!!!
