Age of Onset for the Female Offspring

From menarche to menopause, the female creature is prone to problems no male can imagine.

Therefore, adoption has many more facets to "family history issues and problems" that get dismissed and ignored by social services in adoption agencies, than the male-species --  and quite frankly, I believe that needs to be addressed by the maternal-health medical community.

For instance, when a couple is adopting a child, is information like the age of the mother's first period given to the adoptive parents?  Will the daughter know if fibroid breast tumors run in her future?  Will the couple know if that child was a multiple?

Gynocologic health is the life-blood of future generations, and it's life-span lasts longer than many marriages.

How many adoption agencies prepare their parents with this sort of information?
