Unique Programs
  • Resolving Conflict identifies the negative behaviors and root issues of conflict. This program examines basic human needs and responses as these needs are not met. It introduces different ways to exhibit positive responses to conflict, communication and conflict resolution.
  • Responsible Family Life Skills: Introduces the concept of Community Justice as it pertains to the justice process, offender accountability, impact of crime on victims and stakeholder input. Examines avenues in which offenders can make amends and reparations for harm to victims.
  • Steps provides information regarding the Twelve Steps and how to implement them in an offenders life as problem solving tools. Addresses brining about positive changes and personal growth in their lives through interactive lectures, discussions, homework, and personal application.
