Noble Correctional Institution

Unique Programs
  • Noble Correctional Institution currently facilitates the Canine Care Program. This program is designed to rescue dogs that have been left at the local animal shelters and have not been adopted. The inmates train the dogs for basic obedience to make them more desirable to be adopted. We currently have 22 dogs being trained. All the dogs are received from Guernsey, Muskingum, Monroe, and Tuscarawas counties.
  • Seeking Out Solutions (SOS) Program is an intensive outpatient program that provides treatment for inmates with substance abuse and/or use of alcohol and/or other drugs. The program is designed for inmates to understand thoughts and behaviors that are unhealthy and the learn behaviors and thinking patterns that will help them to be successful. The program will help them to stop criminal behaviors and to live clean and sober lifestyles.
