Guernsey County Dog Pound
Established in 2004, Guernsey County Pound Partners is a Non profit (501 c3) organization committed to improving conditions at our dog pound. We sponser fundraisers to financially assist the dog pound staff by purchasing vaccinations, paying for vet bills, and funding building and grounds improvements. Guernsey County Pound Partners "Cell Dog" program is a cooperation with the Noble County Corrections Institution.
