Manatee Youth Academy
Cadets, (juvenile offenders) undergo various and rigorous educational, vocational and therapeutic programs. The average day begins at 5:00 a.m. and ends at 9:00 p.m. Charter School provides educational services. Program contracts with Psy Care for substance abuse and mental health overlay services. Program provides uniforms. Average length of stay is 9 to 12 months
