I haven't decided yet... is Amici dei Bambini's  "Baby on Board" ad campaign a clever concept to discourage baby-dumping, or an all-time low for an adoption service to recruit children for adoption "encourage donations"? 

Either way, I suppose Italy is in want of what America has... a thriving business that serves the wants and needs of those hunting for a baby.
