What brings a little giggle?

My sarcasm and wicked sense of justice has always gotten me into a lot of trouble over the years.  I have learned not that many people from normal average American families share my  sense of humor.   Of course, not that many people have seen the level of real-life insanity and stupidity that I have experienced over the years, either.

The first time I had a full belly-laugh was when I watched a big tough Guido fall down a flight of stairs.  [He thought he was soooooo cool before his big loud doofus fall.]

I was 23, and while everyone was rushing to see if this "tough-guy" was ok, I was sitting in the corner laughing my ass off.

I got many looks from those who asked, "How could you laugh when a person might have gotten hurt?!"... and yet I found solidarity from those who said, (with that silent look on their faces....), "That WAS funny, the stupid shit fell on his face, and it humbled him to mortified pieces!"

How could I NOT laugh at such a spectacle?

Is it wrong to laugh when the "high and mighty" fall or make foolish idiots of themselves?
