What's the difference between a child in a welfare system, and a child in the foster-care system? Are they the same thing?
I ask because I found this non-profit org that wants to help the older kids in the welfare system, through residential programs, (The Compound Foundation), and I'm curious if there are other like-programs for the much younger kids being placed in foster care. I think it's obvious how these little guys get pushed into targeted forced adoptions, which is not at all a good solution considering how corrupt adoption and CP services really are.
It would be great to get more private interest in programs that help educate kids and parents how to become better parents and still remain within their natural families.
Anyone know of any big names or companies supporting such a long-term effort?
