If identical twins have sex with a corresponding set of identical twins, the children of these two couples, though legally (double) first cousins to one another, would genetically be as closely related to each other as ordinary full siblings.

If like me, you can't remember the difference between the various family members. This chart may come in handy, although it is biased towards the male sex.
