So easy, even a man can make it!
1 large can of chicken broth
1 package frozen broccoli florrets (the heads)
1/2 sliced pepperoni
1 clove chopped garlic & drizzle of olive oil
1 pound cooked pasta ( small sized works best like pipette, bowtie and such)
In large pot, heat garlic with olive oil. Add broth. When it begins to boil, lower heat, add broccoli and pepperoni. Cook pasta accoding to directions, and put aside.
To assemble as a meal, scoop a large spoon of pasta in a bowl, then cover with the soup mixture. Top with grated romano or pecorino-romano cheese.
At home I double the recipie, making two pounds of macaroni; it goes fast.
