  The ideas, thoughts and feelings of those touched by adoption are
  unique and often difficult to express. Each member of the triad:
  adopted person, first parent, and adoptive parent, as well as their
  families and friends experience many joys and challenges. It is my
  intent as a photographer, writer, and adopted person to portray some
  of these concepts in the words and images created for this calendar.
