Police on Wednesday arrested a man who had allegedly sexually assaulted his 28-year-old family member since she was 9-years-old and fathered three of her children.

Eusebio Castillo Jr., 46, currently faces charges of sexual assault and prohibited sexual contact. He remains in the Bexar County Jail on a $65,000 bail.

According to the affidavit, Castillo's relative told police on July 20, 2014, that she had been sexually assaulted by him since she was 9-years-old and had three children by him.

The victim reportedly conceived her first child by Castillo at the age of 16. She told police she conceived one of her children in San Antonio in 2011, and that she had been sexually assaulted in other jurisdictions as well.

The victim told police that Castillo had threatened to kill their children if she told anyone what he had done to her.

He also "poured gasoline around their house and on himself on multiple occasions telling her he was going to set fire to the house and burn himself if she told anyone," the affidavit says.

Castillo had also tried to hang himself one time, but his wife found him and cut him down, according to the affidavit.

At the time of the initial report, Castillo's whereabouts were unknown, but on Dec. 10, the victim contacted San Antonio police with new information.

She had seen a GoFundMe page Castillo created requesting funds for his wife. The page had a listed location of San Juan, Texas.

San Juan police located Castillo and conducted a DNA sample of him and sent it to San Antonio police, who confirmed that he was the father of the victim's three children.
