Un nuevo elemento a la ya traumática realidad de tráfico de niños en Oberá, fue introducido por el presidente del Superior Tribunal de Justicia, quien adelantó que si se encuentran irregularidades en los trámites de adopción realizados por la jueza Aída Rosa Vázquez de Moreira, los niños deberán volver con sus padres biológicos, como lo marca la ley.
Manuel Augusto Márquez Palacios señaló que si hay irregularidades en las adopciones realizadas por la jueza Vázquez de Moreira, que está siendo investigada por su supuesta vinculación con una red que se dedica a la venta de niños, los trámites deben ser anulados, "aunque la consecuencia sea traumática".

El jurado de enjuiciamiento que analizará la situación de la jueza involucrada en el tema se definiría la semana que viene, cuando el STJ se reúna para admitir o descartar su constitución, aunque hay elementos fuertes que comprometen la situación de la magistrada, como un informe de la Gendarmería Nacional que señala que ella misma internó a una joven en un hogar de madres en tránsito, aunque nunca se supo que pasó con el bebé.
El fiscal Estanislao Bys, a cargo investigar la actuación de la jueza Aída Rosa Vázquez de Moreira en una supuesta red de tráfico de niños, aseguró que "hubo avances significativos" en la causa y adelantó que incorporó el informe de Gendarmería Nacional que compromete la situación de la magistrada.
Aunque no quiso revelar cuáles fueron los avances, amparándose en el secreto de sumario, fuentes cercanas a la investigación señalaron que varios testimonios aseguran que la jueza conocía y estaría vinculada con la venta de niños.
El pedido de Jury recién se analizará la semana que viene, ya que el Superior Tribunal de Justicia quiere reunir "toda la información" sobre los trámites de adopciones realizados en el Juzgado de la jueza Moreira.
Bys incorporó a la investigación el informe de Gendarmería que fuera adelantado por Misiones On Line en abril que sostiene que la magistrada el 8 de julio del año pasado, la jueza Vázquez de Moreira llevó a Olga Raquel Vilar de 18 años, quien estaba a punto de tener un bebé a la clínica Integral, donde se habría producido el parto sin que se registre documentalmente. Días después, la misma jueza devolvió a la joven al Hogar de Madres en Tránsito, con la particularidad de que la chica ya no presentaba estado de gravidez y no tenía a su hijo. Esta circunstancia "llamó poderosamente la atención" de la madre María -directora del Hogar- quien le manifestó su desconfianza a la magistrada, que le contestó que "el bebé había nacido muerto". Sin embargo, le pidió a la monja que no registre el alojamiento de Vilar en el Hogar.
Los lugares involucrados en la presunta red de tráfico de bebés serían el hospital Samic, la Clínica Integral y sanatorios privados -entre los que habría que incluir a la clínica Sábato Romano que aparece en el informe de Telenoche Investiga-. Según GN, en estos lugares "trabajaría clandestinamente una organización que se dedicaría a la realización de partos clandestinos, no registrados, en la captación de 'panzas' con el conocimiento de algunos médicos, asistentes sociales, abogados e incluso personas vinculadas al Poder Judicial".
La investigación también asegura que "mensualmente se realizan 60 adopciones" -es decir tres chicos por día si se tiene en cuenta que los fines de semana no hay actividad judicial- en los juzgados Civil y Comercial, justamente a cargo de Vázquez de Moreira y del juez Julio Skanata.
Según Bys, el informe "no aporta cosas que no se sepan en la investigación", pero "corrobora" algunos datos.
